To set up an Amazon store, you will need to have a professional Amazon store, as only those can have a Seller ID Access key and a secret key, which alow AtomicSeller to synchronize your new orders.
If you have a personal store, you can download flat files (Excel for example, for more information see Excel file format) with your orders from the Amazon backoffice and upload them in Atomicseller.
If you have a professional account, this is how to set it up for AtomicSeller:

Store name: This is the full name of the store, only used in the user interface (including spaces etc.).
Store key: This is the main identifier of the store, it is essential when using webservices.
Merchant key: This is the main identifier of the merchant (Optional except if you have multiple stores and multiple merchants)
Amazon Access ID: Provided by Amazon
Amazon marketplace ID: Provided by Amazon
Secret key: Provided by Amazon. This field will appear as hidden in AtomicSeller for security reasons.
Amazon Seller ID: ID of the seller provided by Amazon.
Number of days check back: AtomicSeller will screen the marketplace a number of days back to find the orders to ship.
