To set up a shipping carrier, click on “Settings”, then on “Shipping Services” on the left menu.

Then select “Add shipping mode” and “Add shipping account”


Then, you can choose your carrier:

If you choose Colissimo for example, you have the following information to enter:

Important note : It is necessary to enter your shipping provider password twice (password + confirmation) before clicking on “Save data”.
Merchant key can’t be empty if you have one account only.
If you have several shipping accounts with the same provider(Colissimo), you must give a different account for each merchant (“Superstore”, “Phone paradise”…)
Merchant Key is not a label but an ID as “SUPERSTORE”, “PHONEPARADISE”…
