Status of the shipment Drop down menu #
Your shipment status can be selected in a drop down menu.
These statuses are automatically filled in by AtomicSeller. However you can change it in the concerned field.
It could be useful if you need to:
- Regenerate a label : Change the status to T
- Reprint a label : Change the status to P
- Temporarily put a shipment aside : Change the status to W
- Cancel a shipment : Change the status to C
- Report that a shipment has already been done (for example made outside AtomicSeller, in your physical store): Change the status to S
AtomicSeller deliveries can take the following status:
- T = Ordered
- R = Order read from sales channel and processing on warehouse (Logistics webservices only)
- P = Label ready for printing
- S = Shipped (Out from warehouse and taken in charge by carrier)
- D = Customer delivery acknowledge
- C = Cancelled
- W = Pending
These statuses are automatically filled in by AtomicSeller. However you can change them in the “Shipping” screen if you want to, for example:
