Sending an item using Colissimo to a French military personnel is a little special, but we’ll take you there step by step. While it is not complicated, you need to follow those steps carefully, otherwise your parcel might not be delivered.
First of all, you must know that the French Army is the only one to know the real location of its members (for obvious security purposes). Therefore, you have to send their parcel to the Military Hub which will check the parcel and route it to the right destination.
The shipping price is constant: whether it is going to Metropolitan France, or overseas.
First, you must fill up the order form as follows:
First name : firstname
Last name : lastname
Number, street: SPxxxxx (is the number of the military personnel)
Postal Code : 00200 (or sometimes 00100)
City: HUB ARMEE
Country code : S1
All the other fields do not need to filled in.
Important: Never mention other information than what is required.

Then you must enter manually the product code “COLI” as follows:
You also need to enter a “Shipping amount” greater than 0 (even if shipping is free)
Last, you need to make sure that all the products in the package are described including each item value.
If it is necessary, edit the item and fill up item price (in the tab “order”).
