Go to store settings and select the shipping settings tab
Then you can see the shipping settings rules list.
Click on the 
button to add a rule.
Fillup the fields:
ShippingServiceKeywords: When downloading the orders, if the shipping carrier section of the orders contains these keywords, the setting will apply.
There is a special keyword “DEFAULT” which will apply by default if no settings matches.
CarrierServiceKey: CarrierSericeKey is the key that you have tagged to your shipping carrier.
ProductCode: ProductCode is the code of product/service that will apply.
MarketPlaceTrackingProviderKey: This is the carrier code that will be sent to the marketplace with the tracking numbers of the parcels. If you don’t know what it is, please leave blank.
Now the shipping rules are setup. You can download the orders.
