If you want to access your DHL Express settings, simply click on “Settings” and “Shipping services” and you will reach the list of already setup shipping accounts.
You can now click on the edit button in the column “Details” on the line of the carrier account you want to modify.
You can now change the default sender settings, or your contract settings.
ShippingServiceKey: Enter your own key used by Webservice and shipping settings in your stores
Username: Must be provided by your DHLExpress account manager
Password: Must be provided by your DHLExpress account manager
Carrier service full name: Enter the full name to be read by end users
DHLAccount: (Export) Must be provided by your DHLExpress account manager
Default Label Format: PDF10x15
Default deposit Delay: Number of days
Once you are done, save your changes, click on Check connection. You should see a green splash.
