When you want to retrieve your orders before creating you labels, you need to go to “Shipping process” and “Orders” menu. The following will appear:
Then click on the “Synchronize orders” button on the top left, and your new orders will appear.
To collect the orders from all you stores, click on Sales then Orders, and AtomicSeller will automatically retrieve all the new orders you have from all your WebStores (given that you have previously up setted these stores of course).
Your new orders will be displayed as such:
On the example, we have collected 2 new orders from our Ebay WebStore.
