This procedure explains how to connect AtomicSeller to a sales channel so that its orders can be retrieved.

Prerequisites #
- You have an AtomicSeller account with permission to administer stores.
- You know which channel to connect: marketplace, ecommerce site, ERP, or file import.
- You have prepared the credentials required by that channel, such as an API URL, access token, or API keys.
- You have chosen a short, unique, stable store key. Fictitious example: DEMOSTORE.
Security. Never show a password or API token in a screenshot. Required fields vary according to the selected connector.
Add the store #
- Open Stores. The page lists the stores that are already configured.
- Select Add store. AtomicSeller displays the available connectors.
- Choose the sales channel. Select the logo for the store or system you want to connect.
- Enter the store name. Use a name that operators can recognize and that contains no confidential information.
- Define the store key. Use a unique identifier and avoid changing it after go-live.
- Complete the connector settings. Depending on the channel, enter the API URL, token, seller ID, currency, weight unit, and any other required fields.
- Save the store. Select Save without leaving the page.
- Check the connection. Select Check connection and confirm that no authentication or API access error is reported.
- Configure order retrieval. In the Scheduler tab, review the date range, source statuses, and expected automatic retrieval settings.
Checks before go-live #
- The name and key clearly identify the store.
- The currency and weight unit match the channel data.
- API permissions allow orders to be read and, when required, tracking to be sent back.
- Enable automatic retrieval only after a successful test.
Expected result. The store appears in the Stores list, the connection check succeeds, and retrieval can be tested without exposing channel credentials.
Troubleshooting #
The connector is not listed. Search the full connector list, then contact support to confirm availability.
Check connection fails. Review the API URL, permissions, token expiry, seller ID, and any IP restrictions configured by the channel.
The store key is rejected. Choose another short key without spaces; it must be unique within the account.
The connection works but no orders arrive. Review the Scheduler tab, eligible source statuses, retrieval period, and whether the channel contains matching orders.
